I used Angela May's Husker Home Finder Team as both a seller and a buyer. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the service I was provided by Angela and her team. Angela knows the real estate business and she goes the extra mile to make you have a satisfying experience.

We were able to sell our house within 3 weeks of it going on the market, we also purchased our new house during that time. Our house sold for the asking price which in today's market is almost unheard of.

Some of the things I was most impressed with in dealing with the Husker Home Finder Team was the personal touch that was given. Angela does an initial walk through with you when you go to list your home she gives you tips on how to stage your home for a "quick sell". She also offers the service of a "professional staging service" as well. This TOTALLY helps sell your home, there were several people that commented on the excellent way in which our home was staged. In fact, the realtor for the people that purchased our home stated that it was staged very well.

Angela's tips on constructing a book with pictures of the landscaping in the event you were selling in the winter (which we were), showcasing your flowers and landscaping helped. We also put up brightly colored papers showcasing certain aspects of our home that could be easily missed in a 10 minute showing.

Since we were selling and buying we were actively looking and eliminating homes. Angela was always available to show houses for us. She was on time, had the detailed information on the home that we were looking at. We used her website daily to keep track of our homes we were interested in. We had a personal virtual file to help keep track of these homes which would show us when they were dropped in price or sold. I would get an email stating such activity. I used her website to narrow my search, picking from it which homes I would look at.

Once our house sold, we had the homes we were most interested in narrowed down to a few, we kicked up the home visits and within a week had selected a home and put a bid in. Angela worked diligently on both sides of the purchase to get us the best price for our house, and the lowest price on the home we were purchasing.

During this negotiation process she was very knowledgeable on both sides of the sale. She was able to provide comparables to substantiate the asking price for our home and the offering price on the home we were purchasing. Angela is a seasoned realtor and is tenacious in the negotiation process. She truly works for you.

We also had the great opportunity to work with Missi Irfran, she handles all of the paperwork for Angela and her team. Missi was extremely detailed and sent emails and reminders for everything that you needed to do. She also kept us informed on everything that was going on with the transactions. I truly did not have to do anything but read her emails and do what she said. There was nothing that slipped through the cracks in the process.

I was very concerned that closing on both houses on the same day and moving would be a huge stress. It went very smoothly, the closing on the home we were selling went well and then we closed on the new home. It was such a relief when we were presented with the keys to our new home. We drove directly from the title company to our new home with a truckload of items.

The Husker Home Finders also take care of you after the sale. We received a very nice house warming gift, an invite to a customer appreciation event, and what I was most impressed with was a copy of all of our closing paperwork to do our income taxes this year. It showed up immediately after the first of the year, when I was just beginning to think about doing my taxes.
