She kept in touch with us to update us about the process and current transactions taking place. She kept up with our needs and was always inquiring if there were any further needs we may have had and she explained everything thoroughly to us to make sure we knew every step of the process as it happened. She also made us aware beforehand if there were any special requirements and unknown factors that might have affected the transaction, so we were never surprised.

We had a small bidding war unexpectedly the day we decided to put an offer on our home. Like a good coach Lisa was with us, right there helping us through it and giving us advice and really coaching for us without pushing us. We felt no pressure and she always helped us with the next step and even went further to anticipate the next move so we could come out on top and we did! So thankful to have such a helpful and knowledgeable buyer’s agent on our side!
Always, constantly keeping up with our needs and wishes and worked to get us everything we requested. Even went out of her way to help us on some non-house related matters as newcomers to the area. And she didn’t push us to make any decisions, we always felt we had control of the transaction and were comfortable to drop off if we were too overwhelmed.
All the recommendations we got were spot on and worked out wonderfully for us. We used Amerispec for our home inspection and was a great experience. We used 1st National Bank of Omaha as our lender and that went really well. We got a personal recommendation for some painting and work to be done as well and its going really well! All the recommendations we got we used and we couldn’t have worked with better people.
